Two children found dead in Bronx gas leak

A five-year-old boy and a four-month-old girl were found dead while a 29-year-old woman was found with cuts to her wrists inside an apartment in the West Farms section of the Bronx.
Police responded to a gas leak at 1500 Noble Ave. late Thursday night when they found the bodies.
The woman was rushed to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition, said police.
Investigators are looking into the possibility the woman may have tried to kill herself.
A suicide note was reportedly found inside the apartment.
A police investigation is underway.
