MILLVILLE, N.J. (AP) - New Jersey state police say the second suspect sought in the slaying of a former Millville High School football star has surrendered to authorities. Sgt. Julian Castellanos says 27-year-old Andre Gross of Millville turned himself in at 1 p.m. Sunday at the state police station in Bridgeton.
